Counties where it is legal to grow outdoors

Hey fellow Colorado growers,

Lately I've been trying to do some research to find out in which Colorado counties you can grow outdoors.

What I've noticed when I scan each county's cannabis regulations though, is that the bill/measure/etc. doesn't tell you when you can grow outdoors but they do tell you when you cannot grow outdoors.

So can some of you guys and girls please help me out? In which counties can you grow your own cannabis outdoors?

The past few years I've had a couple plants nicked each season, and I'm getting tired of it.
