Could someone evaluate my 3 plants please?

Could someone take a look at these pictures and give me any advice on what I need to do with these plants? They're growing in a PC case under two 6500K 27w CFL's, I've only had the plants for 3 days, here are some before/after pics. I gave them a little bit of water on saturday evening as the soil felt really dry, they're about 2 inches away from the lights, but I don't want to over water them. I havn't given them anything else other than that little bit of water.
They seem to be growing a decent amount, but now the biggest one looks a little bit droopy and the medium sized one is turning yellow at the bottom.
Any advice or suggestions as to what I should be doing with these plants is greatly appreciated! Here are the pics

Also, these are the conditions inside the case. They have stayed in this range since I started

Thanks VERY much!

over watered, and that last one doesn't really look too different does it?

To be honest, no, I didn't. Since I didn't really give them that much water, I figured it wouldn't be an issue yet. I just carefully made a bunch of drain holes on the bottoms of the bottles using an old sodering iron because there wasn't any other easy way to poke holes without seriously disturbing the plants. I was careful though, hopefully this will help the soil dry out if thats actually the case. Could it be under watering though? I thought I had read somewhere that over-watering and under-watering could both appear the same?
Why did the bottom leaves and the bottom part of the stem on the medium sized plant turn yellow and curl up?
Does it normally take a while for the fan leaves to be straight instead of curved down? or is that because of whatever issue i'm having?

The last one doesnt look too much different, but I think that might be the pictures. In the begining pictures you can see 2 of the leaves are a lot larger than the other two, now they're about the same size and I can see where its starting to grow some more.

Anyway, 2 votes for over-watering, thats good enough for me as its entirely possible. Do I just let these puppies dry out? When should I water again? Thanks!!!

stick your pinky in the soil if it feels cool and moist don't water, I end up sticking my whole pinky in some pots.

Once it dries out remember what it feels like after a good water, then train yourself to know when to water that way. Takes some time and you can fall back on the finger till you get it down pat.

You need drain holes.
You need more perlite unless thats coco not soil.
What is your PH and runoff PH I think it is over watering but I think the stunting of the plant is something else.

Plants look a little bit better today...
I was thinking, could the slow growth be because of lack of light? Should I have more bulbs in my case?
