could having your med card disqualify you for jobs in the future? Say if they did a background check? I'm talking all sorts of jobs, medical, government, etc. What about schools?

Yeah I understand that part. That basically you're out of luck when it comes to testing for the most part. But what about information jobs and school and dig up on you before accepting you?

It is like this... at the current way the world works, companies can hide behind the MJ sentiment used by the right, and dismiss or deny you.
As for what you do or what is posted online about you is a bit of a problem, keeping yourself secret on the net can be impossible and will likely get worse, with our reliance on identity locks and to tell the world in 140 letters or less what we are doin at all times. The internet probably knows more about you than you do
If you are concerened about this, you are best not posting anything online

In my state MMJ permit info is not available to employers. It is available to be checked by LEO however so I assume it could be obtained by anyone who really wanted it badly enough. I would also assume that if your info was released to some unauthorized party and you suffered some type of negative consequences as a result, AND YOU COULD PROVE IT, you would have grounds for a lawsuit.
