It never ends. Cop said he didn't realize that his gun was in his hand. He thought he had a taser instead of a gun. Here we go again!

Harris screams, "He shot me. Oh, my God," and a deputy replies: "You f---ing ran. Shut the f--- up."

When Harris says he's losing his breath, a deputy replies, "F--- your breath."

Harris was treated by medics at the scene and died in a Tulsa hospital."

IMHO this LEO should not be treated any differently than any other person who shoots someone... without intentionally trying to kill them....

If you don't know the difference between a tazer in your hand and a fucking pistol you shouldn't be a COP IMHO.

This is one of the reasons why I have an issue with Tazers resembling a pistol, even grip wise...Stupid people will act before taking the split second to realize they are holding the wrong fucking tool.

I was pulled over for a routine DUI check, I took my registry info etc. from the glove box. I had a small brown leather coin bag (for parking meters) in there and the cop had his hand on his tazer and with his voice raised said "What is that thing with the wooden handle?!". I told them what it was and they told me to slowly reach for it and pass it to them.. Freaking terrifying.

I'm glad they were the finnish police, otherwise I might've been shocked.
