If you got the balls and skills to effectively talk down the police when they come a knockin, power to you. For me it's not worth the risk. Too many thngs can go wrong.

RULE TO LIVE BY . If the police are knocking on your door ....You have the power or they would be kicking it in . I stress that to females home alone when that knock comes . Because they get threatened with incarceration and the kids being taken and before u know it , The cops are invited in your basement watching your plants bloom .

Everyone needs to check on this Crocodile character right away and note where he's from, and what level experience in legal activism he has had.

He's not from the United States and doesn't understand US jurisprudence.

Never answer the door to the police if you can avoid it. Ever. It can NOT get better by letting them get their hands on you.

This Crocodile guy already got told this by multiple people and he's refused to get the picture; cursing the other members in here correcting his advice to open the door to the police, calling the other members names, refusing to be told

When POLICE have the RIGHT to ENTER DYNAMIC ENTRY is PREFERRED. It REDUCES the CHANCE for DESTRUCTION/ CONCEALMENT of EVIDENCE/WARNING OTHERS/ESCAPE/RESISTING/ARMING of TRAPS/INCENDIARY DEVICES etc.

cops will say anything..let me repeat that..COPS WILL SAY ANY FKN THING AND NOT THINK ABOUT IT FOR ONE SECOND..THEY ARE TRAINED TO LIE LIKE A DOG..flowerfarmer said it all..why give them the chance?...the only reason people open their door is because they are afraid not to..

It really is a must-see video. Anyone new I introduce to growing is recommended that and a few others I consider essential. I knew beforehand you shouldn't talk to cops but this really got me to understand in detail why.

LEO can use exigent circumstances. I personally have experience with this.

I saw something about shooting. Not sure if it was in reference to LEO as I did not read the whole thread. But in my state you can not shoot LEO. I spent alot of time in law library in prison and I came across a case where two defendants shot and killed a LEO executing a no knock warrant. It was irrelevant that they claimed they did not know it was LEO. the statue they were relying on (i think it was protect your home, etc) stated protection against "unlawful entry". Since LEO was entering lawfully the defendants could not use that defense.


Just curious when you sign up for medicinal growing do you sign any agreement that allows them to verify plant count? who enforces plant counts?
