why did they swarm if they saw him drop off the person they were after..im guessing he had his foot on the brake, got swarmed/startled and let his foot off the break w/o even realizing it.also where in police training do they tell you to play superman and jump in the path of moving vehicles. i hope the cops responsible end up drinking themselves to death with guilt, we all know nothing legally will happen to them.

I met a guy in the joint who took 6 to the chest on a similar situation. If you snuck up behind him and clapped real loud he'd jump 2 feet in the air, which was impressive for a guy pushing 300 lbs.

Granted he wasn't a priest, but still this is so f'd up. Even worse that we've let it be legislated that the punk fucking pigs can't be held responsible for it, criminally or civilly.

Those cops in Atlanta that shot that old lady all got stiff terms in the penitentiary. I recall when that happened hearing that they wouldn't be held responsible because they were cops, now they reside at the greybar hotel. Old lady's kin got a serious multi million $ settlement. If two armed men swarmed my car without identifing themselves as police I would def have tried to flee/run them over.. But if I heard them say "police" I wouldn't have drove off.. Since that video has no audio and there is no proof they did not identify themselves as police I doubt they will get into much trouble.. They are just going to lie and say they identified themselves, then the suspect tried to run an officer over while fleeing and the police were forced to use deadly force.. HAHA They def didn't say anything I don't think.. You really think this guy was a pastor?? He looked like a bum to me but who knows..

Yo cops get away with to much. They always say this person was a subject in an on goin investigation. Theyhad to shoot him? Police are trained for this they could have shot his tires out. Or approach him while he is out of the car. Cops are quick to shoot first and ask questions later. They have way to much authority. We should be policin ourselves. Shit cops only make arresests when they get tipped off anyway, unless they luck up on somethin. I had a cousin killed by police in St Petersburg FL. Sparked the riots down there in 96. He could have been a young energetic Pastor who was really concerned about his newly appointed territory, maybe he saw this woman and offered to buy her food or drinks at the store, or maybe to go to confession and maybe see about joining the local organized group meetings for drugs/alcohol abuse...

He could have cared just a little too much and ended up in a bad situation.

I'd bet the farm if they didn't shoot him the headline would have been
"Local pastor arrested in drug sting" you know it.
They were monitoring the woman so they know what the guy was up to, they don't get into how long they were in the car together, or where he picked her up.
The women was charged with possession with intent to distribute, he didn't offer to buy her food, come on, he offered to buy a BJ off her or a little rock, pastors are people to, what do you say when they get caught molesting the alter boys? He was a young energetic pastor who was just helping that boy change his pants, lol.
