cooling my tents

I am running 2 4x8 tents with 2 kw in magnum xxxl hoods. I also have 2 4x4 tents. One is for moms and clones with flouros in it. The other has 2x 400w hps in it for another flower room.

My question is how to best cool the tents. Here are the options I have:

I have 2 14kbtu portable a/c units that are dual hose. I also have a 25kbtu window unit.

I have two thoughts on how to cool this grow, if anyone could let me know which is best or perhaps something I havent thought of that would be great. (both options I will air cool the hoods drawing from the cooler basement into the attic)

Option one uses the portables. I place a portable in each 4x8 tent. I loop in one of the 4x4 tents with a 6" fan so it is also cool, and run a recirculating scrubber in the tent for smell.

My other idea is to cool the room the tents are in with the 25kbtu window unit. Then I recirculate the air from the cool outer room into the tents through carbon back into the room to be cooled by the ac again. Here I'm unsure what size fan I should use to keep the tents air the same as the outside air though. I have both 8 and 6" fans. I was thinking of doing one 8 Y'd off to a 4x4 and 4x8.

Thanks in advance. Summer is approaching so I need to figure this out. Currently I have a 14kbtu inside one 4x8 with open uncooled hoods as its the only thing running right now and it keeps the temps at whatever I want no problem. But once all the tents are running I want to try and minimize power usage so the aircooled hoods will be run no matter what.
