Cooling a tube house

Hello All
Have a small tube house it is 28 ft x 14 ft. It is open at both ends.
There are two fans blowing air through it. My problem is that the hot season is upon us. Right now the house is getting to 90 Far. Setting up a fogger to keep the heat down seems to be a solution I would really like to hear from growers that have figured out how to deal with the heat. I am in Socal where it is dry so I am not too worried about excess humidity.

Do the sides roll up? That will vent out tons of heat. As your ends are open I guess it'd be hard to mount intake shutters/exhaust fan. Swamp coolers are nice to have around..

Yes the sides roll up. I tink I am going to try hooking up a power washer to some high pressure fogger nozzles. They need about 1000 psi.

foggers will quickly wet your plants and lead to increased risk of fungal diseases that thrive in moist conditions. you already got the right suggestion: swamp cooler (evaporative cooler). do an internet search on evaporative coolers, the cost of increased water consumption may be an issue, but this is how greenhouse growers cool things down all around the world!
