Cool weather issue

Hi All.This is my first post, and have an unusual problem.Issue is in mixing soil.I have read MANY soil recipe's,and do not "think" it will work right now.In the recipe's that I have read they all say to put the mixed soil in the sun for a few weeks. The temperature that I have to work in is 55 degree's consistently.Guessing that they will not break down properly in a cooler temp...?

What I have done (right or wrong) is to use less of the ingredients. What I used is as follows...

1 bale of Sunshine Mix #4 advanced 3.8 cu ft
15 lbs worm castings
8 oz blood meal
10 oz bone meal
4 oz root defender
2 oz powdered Dolomite/sweet lime
4 oz Happy frog "fruit n flower" 5-8-4 has myco and humic acid.
1 lb Jamaican bat guano

From the other recipe's that I have read this looks pretty anemic.Wondering if this mix can be,or should be stronger? Anything vital missing? Have more of everything on hand right now if it needs it.I have checked quite a few posts looking for the low temp answer, but it must be a rare one.
Thanks in advance.

IMO you don't have near enough Dolomite Lime. You should be using something more on the order of 1 cup per cubic foot of mix.
I think I would also bump the bone meal up to 16 ounces.
