ok this style sucks. they are basically using oregano to flavor and get you high from dried trichs.(oregano=dried marijuana , not in potency though). what i am gonna tell you is that any good quality marijuana dried and puried will get you high if used in a dish. you can ad this to almost anything including spaghettios if thats what you eat and get a (buzz). dont listen to any of the step by step outlines in these fairly non-educational vids. cause no one eats chicken marsala, no one eats salmon bur blanc with marijuana in it . if i went by the instructions in this video i would not be able to make anything but pastas or bur blancs and stirfrys finished with butter or seasoned with (blended up dank=(dried sinsemilla) to flavor, and put the trichs in it. the only real thing worth doing is blending the dried (super buds)lol to season like salt. so listen to that recipe
