thats cool and all but, if it takes a lower temp there is a reason......its call ECOLI, SALMONELLA, & other goodies in the center of your bread that didnt reach tempature! ....funny post anywho

i'm not scared of that shit! i do use a thermometer, i'm not that crazy....if it's not at 420, it's getting cooked in the crock-pot, or on the grill. i just love the digital 420 on my oven, you know it's getting BAKED!
