Continuously Updated Display of Global Drug Interdictions

Hello Everyone,

I hope this is not old news, but this is a site that came out in July of 2009 and I pretty much look at it everyday. When you go to http://drugs.globalincidentmap.com you will immediately notice the amazing disparity in the number of drug related incidents in the United States versus the rest of the world - most of you are very aware of the search and seizure laws in our country which I believe are the primary motivations for any "drug incident" that would occur in the good ole US of A. To bring focus on marijuana specifically, scroll down to the middle of the page and on the left hand side click only on "marijuana." Then move over to the next box on the right and scroll down to where you can select the "United States" only. Once you have selected these two items, click "search" and the map will reload to show only marijuana incidents in the U.S. If you scroll down below the map, you can look at the news on every incident in the country - if you think the government is getting lax on prosecuting marijuana cases, you'll think again after you see how many new "busts" there are every day! Enjoy and stay well informed...:)

I would just like to add that I personally feel that the government's control is slipping with regard to weed and they know it. Because of this, I believe that the DEA and all other LE groups are making a huge push to make as many busts as they can before they get reigned in and possibly lose their jobs, etc. Its a cash cow for them no matter how you slice it...
