Conk Dispenser During Flowering?

I don't know what a Konk dispenser is. If it was organic I'm pretty sure I would of at least heard about it.
So here we go:
Preventative measures 2tbs neem oil 1tsp Dr Bronners Or 2tbs Safers Soap 1tsp Bronners per gallon. I spray every other day in veg and switch back and forth between these two.
Mites 1/4 cup dried lavender allowed to soak in 1 gal of water for 24hrs. Strained and sprayed.
Thrips- Spinosad...start at half the rate of the bottle.
I stop using everything at 2 weeks into flower. If I have to the lavender can be used further into flowering.

Spinosad, is great stuff. One application makes a big difference with Thrips. A couple of follow up applications and they will be wiped out completely.
