But you cant sell it.
I would love to be able to grow 6 huge Heath Robinson style plants indoors, vert baby! This may be even better for all indoor growers for winter, and outdoor growers for summer. This will help every single grower to pay the bills and make a decent living. NICE!

Congress can only block spending to create a legal marijuana distribution scheme. They can't block the parts of the voter initiative that allow for personal cultivation & possession because the DC authorities can do that for free. Won't cost a dime.

Here in CO, there's a 1 oz on street possession limit but growers can keep & hold whatever they grow. That sort of thing will likely hold sway everywhere growing has been legalized.

I don't think they'll be busting anybody for it anytime RSN in DC because they'll never get a jury to convict. DC cops won't touch it with a pole.
