Confused about lung rooms

Finally planning to move out of the micro/cabinet world into the big(ger) league. Nothing outrageous (2x400W stacked vert), but this will definitely be my largest setup to date and since I am finally buying a house and have the time and money, I want to do it RIGHT from the start. After 3 generations of cabs it has finally sunk in that it's not worth the headaches to save a few hundred bucks cutting corners. With that said, what I see in my mind:

Roughly 4'x10' framed room, split into 4x4 and 4x6 areas. 4x4 for flowering, 4x6 for veg, shelves for clones/moms, flower res (using blumats in coco), and a potting/work table. I would *like* to ventilate this all through a single exhaust/filter covering both veg and flower, so my thought was making the veg room basically a lung.

So, does this look feasible? Suggestions on how it could be done better?

Money is not an issue, but keeping my footprint minimal and having ZERO temp issues is.

I have one of those lung rooms, I never knew what it was called.
The circulation needed to cool the room with ambient air is 1 CFM per watt in my room. 4000 watts is ventilated with 4000 CFM fan sucking up high and blowing through the kitchen and veg/clone area's then returning. Summertime it all just blows out an upper window.
You have AC, way cool. Nothing to add, I like the name, 'lung room' is all. I don't get out much.

lol@Phaeton. Thanks Mister your diagram looks feasible and is a nice pictorial definition of the lung room concept.

Looks like it should work fine, but if you run the exhaust out from the flower room then everyone gets fresh air. Is your biggest problem keeping things cool in summer or warm in winter?
