Condo Shade... 1st Outdoor Grow

Hi ! ~ havent really grown in a few yrs and it was indoor 400w+cfl. sharing my 1st: grow thread and outdoor attempt. have tiny footprint shaded by trees and more shade from not-so-nice neighbor, who tried dropping something on my makeshift 'greenhouse' but it stayed up. am compliant in all ways & had to school her a bit. here are some early pics. total direct sun is prob ~4-5hrs.

started these Hawaiian Haze bagseeds around end of march under 6mm plastic. had pest problems, and heat burn when i had to travel for a bit. after those issues subsided, and less 3 plants later, decided to ditch the plastic and mylar, now use 30% shade cloth. still learning about pests... is there anything organic i can use early on to make them more pest resistant? using Neem now, but like to be proactive rather than reactive. Thanks!

Thanks Longtime. Just read again about DE. will use that for sure. My under shade grow is like growing under 400w if that.

harvested the top off one of the older ones - she looked like a worn, heat stroked, over ferted, newbie learning curve girl. but the next 2 got better. just wish they got more hours of sun. still, this is turnin out a little better than the 400w hps indo grows i used to stumble thru.
