Condensation and Mold on window molding

Hey everyone I'm needing some suggestions to fix this issue. Just a little background I've got 2 1000w lamps running in a single bedroom. All the air is extracted by a 8 in fan and dumped into the attic. I keep my central air around 70 to keep the grow cool enough but my unit has to run pretty much non stop to keep up do to all the air being constantly pumped into my attic. Problem is all the windows in my house are developing mold on the window molding. How can I stop this from happening? I believe the humidity in my grow room gets to no more then 60 percent and my house sits around 50ish which is maybe to high?
I'm not sure if they are molding because my windows are so cold on the inside yet outside they are getting blasted by the heat and humidity.
Any help would be greatly appreciated I've got to get this issue fixed.

Clean the windows more often, the mold grows on dust and dander that collects around the windows. It's a pain in the ass my dogs shed like mofo's so I have to clean around the window moldings a few times per year. The mold will have less of a chance of growing if it has nothing to grow on. Also you can spray clean the around windows with white vinegar the vinegar is a mold inhibitor.

I may have referred to the wrong piece of the window. It's the actually wood trim that is attached to the glass itself. I think the proper name is window muntins? So somehow moisture is getting trapped between the window and the storm window in front of it and causing the wood trim to mold and the paint to peel. I can clean it but I need a solution to keep it from happening again.

Try spraying and wiping down with some mold killer. If you want to make your own sodium chloride (salt) + lemon juice is excellent and smells nice or just bleach.

Also PVA glue acts as an anti mold barrier and I used to paint it on the window sills and trim before sealing off if using for extraction. It will mold still but much slower and will come off very easy with the PVA next time you clean it.

DONT LEAVE THE HEAT TRAPPED IN YOUR ATTIC, EXPEL IT OUT SIDE OR YOU WILL HAVE A MOLD CAVE UP THERE,
THIS IS A GOOD HOME MADE SPRAY FOR MOLD AND KEEPS IT AT BAY FOR A LONG TIME, AFTER SPRAYED IT WILL TURN TO WHITE DUST , JUST WIPE OFF.
20 cloves,1 teaspoon methelated spirits,20 tablespoons boiling water. Grind cloves so they look like cracked pepper add metho and grind again. Add water and steep for 1 hour. Strain and pour into a spray bottle. Leave on for 20 minutes wipe off with a warm cloth. Repeat if needed. Or you can buy clove oil. leave on wooden beams etc for days if wet spray again days later it just turns to dust.
