Commercial Scale, stacked, Rotary Gardens

Hello everyone!

I have been a passive beneficiary of these forums for about 8 years now. I never participated, though I have been growing these past 8 years, due to having the type of job that frowns upon such and has the resources to find me out, but I just quit! Hooray! and with the capital to start my dream job

Anywho... Fast forward to today, and I have $1 million in capital, just closed the lease on a 5,000 sq ft former auto service facility in Colorado, about to start the state licensing and contractor build out process, and then (hopefully) I will finally be living the dream running a dispensary and edibles company in beautiful CO!!

On to the point of this post

I am wondering if anyone knows of, has pictures, or has seen with their own eyes, commercial stacked rotary grows. An example would be the roto-gro 420 stackable unit.

My experience is mostly hydroponic (dwc, nft, and f&D), but I have also grown in soil and coco.

I did about 8 hours of online research yesterday, and was unable to find any solid accounts of these rotary grows delivering on their promises of 2-4X yields. Obviously, the idea of increasing the flowering potential of my square footage by a factor of 2-12! (12X being rotary units stacked 3 high), has me seriously wanting to know the practicality of this grow method.

Anyway, I hope I have provided suitable context to define my question, which is: Has anyone seen Rotary grow methods used in a commercial environment successfully?

Thanks for any help or advice you can offer!!

I was under the impression that those gardens would most certainly need dosed with paclobutrazol in order to keep the clones out of the lamps. They just don't have a lot of space.

Though perhaps with the right strain, flipped immediately one could dial for positive returns. Might take a few runs to figure it out all.

There was a grow show of some rotary garden somewhere on the web. I believe yield was impressive. Search for the omega gardens or similar.

Hey CM, my story pairs up with yours fairly similar and I wish you good luck, sir.

As FlowerFarmer said, you would really need to choose the right genetics for this, I've seen these systems up and running and it's not much space. Perhaps you already have the perfect SOG plant genetics for this which would help.

These arnt rotary gardens but it's worth looking at. This company does true high pressure aero rigs, some with 2ft deep chambers with 2 tier mist systems. They offer good RO/Dosatron panel systems for commercial feeding.

Im planning on getting this stacked system and run a short indica SOG on bottom tray with LEDs and I would order the top tray without the LEDs. I would hang Gavita 1000e DE pros a little higher for a sativa dominate cash cropper like Gorilla Glue 4.

I like the company, similar builds to my HPA units. They've done years of R&D on the best parts that go into their systems and they build to order based on your budget.

Just my opinion, check um out if you want.
