Weird trichome growth. Check it out, in the middle of the picture there is a trichome growing from another already ripe trichome. There were also many trichs with double heads (not showing here).

WOW thats frigin amazing for just 400 watts of CFL. Your quite the greenthumb. Those are some very nice plants bro. Your real lucky to have his c99, its one of the nicest ones ive seen. Maybe someday ill get my hands on her. . Let us know what she yeilded under only 400 watts of cfl's.

c2ccCaptChronic & dyren - Sorry I don't know the yield. I got no scale. But it wasn't that good. The second biggest plant had sucked the soil dry when I was away and got burned by the lights when she was dry and drooping. I managed to save her but the damage was already done and I had to cut her a week early. You can see the burn marks in the first pic (bottom right corner, brownish buds). Anyway the yield was ok for such a short cycle. This grow took only 10 weeks from start to finish (about 20 days veg and 50 days flower).

Gangabiss - Yeah you're right. Topped once at 5th node or so and after that LST. I had to keep em short because my grow box has very little head room. These plants smelled like tropical fruit. At the end of flower the smell becomes a little different. Kind of a rotten/pungent smell mixed with the fruit.

This clone totally rocks. A fast flowerer with nice potency, taste and very frosty looks. It is also a good breeding plant. This time I hit one of the plants with Silver Haze x Sweet Tooth#4 pollen, but got only 8 seeds. The pollen must have been bad or something.

Sorry man...I didn't reveg that C99xST#4...had no room for extra plants right now...yeah, sounds like pollen has gone bad...how old it was then...?

Ok too bad. I was hoping to see a picture.

The pollen was only like 4 months old and it had been in the freezer whole time. I don't understand because I rubbed a lot of it on the buds and only 8 seeds matured. Maybe I pollinated the wrong plant because this one was the smallest with the least amount of light. I dunno. Anyway 8 seeds should be enough to make a lot more if they're good and give me a male and female.

Well, in my experience pollen goes bad after few months...even in the freezer...but those 8 seeds should be enough...

Damn that looks great bro, I've seen some of the pics the last time you visited, damn nice plants brother and with a cfl!!!!!!! Hehe, my lil poty Cindy looks so good in anyones hands, brother Underground has crazy skills, respect bro, cant wait to get to taste that, roll on tomorrow.. oh yeah, and btw I also made some seeds last run but the pollen didnt work that well for some reason, UG found 4 seeds from the buds I gave him and I have all 14, but on the other hand my partner pollinated a very small C99 plant and ends up with 300 seeds..so...hard to say, this year I'll move clones outdoors of both male and female from the f2's this plant came from, and make (hopefully) that shitload of C99 f3's I've been talking about, not so easy to make tons of seeds from this strain at least indoors, maybe if I get to grow and flower the male BIG time then theres enough pollen but now it seems to take a lot of pollen to do the job when with lets say with G13 you only have to open the pollenjar in the room and watch how those pistils wither...anyhoo, plenty seeds coming and I hope that most of them look like this...

Damn good job with the cfl's bro and thanks a million times!!!! Cant tell a difference compared to my own grows, very tasty herb, and it's fun to smoke herb without that taste of sauna some of my homegrown buds have, but the last crop was ok :smile: and now we have the big room rolling again, cant wait...first real harvest in almost a year man, I've only had a few plants at home and so but now we have plenty again, woohoo! Very good smoke brother, you rock!
