Four years ago a quadriplegic worker was fired from Dish Network after traces of MMJ was found in his system during a random drug test. The worker was a QUADRIPLEGIC in a wheelchair and also a MMJ patient. He did good on the job but was fired 4 years ago during the time Colorado also had a MMJ law. It only took the court 4 years to get around to it.
