cold stunted plants

so a week ago we were having some nice sunny weather and i put my plants in the window sill for a few days putting them back in there cab when the lights would shut off normally. and the 3rd time doing this when i went to move them it was pretty cold in the window so i didnt think much of it and moved them back into the cab well now it seems like compared to the one plant i didnt leave in the cab there growing very slow and the color of them has went from a nice green to a yellow tint. there still small seedlings.what should i do to help nurse them back to health.

they have been getting very light waterings of 1tbepson salts and 1tps mollasses per day via 1 gal of water.

just before i started putting them in the window sill i stopped the epson but kept on with the mollasses and sence i have been just giving them water cause im not sure what to do.

then last night i watered them with fox farm grow big as per ratio on the bottle.

any other advice on what to do here?

How big are they and do you have pictures you could post? If they are really small, pretty much seedlings then they don't need that much food. To me it sounds like they are being overfed and over watered. Regarding the feeding/watering schedule it is best to alternate and also leave several days in between the let the plant use up all the water. You want the roots to have plenty of air to breath and do their thing.

the reason i water like that daily is because the top soil is always really dry i have the lights pretty close maybe 4 inches from ther canapy and yes there pretty small seedlings not even full palm leaves yet

do you think it would be best for me to not water for a few days/ the only plants that are like that are the ones that were in the window sill that day the other 2 are doing very well
