Coffeeshop

Not really sure where to post this..
Not really new here, but I think this might be my first post. Been lurking around for about 2 years now and I am finally faced with a question I cannot find the answers to.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any coffeeshops for sale with a valid license intact in the Maastricht, Kerkrade, Heerlen, or Amsterdam area.

I know that Amsterdam and Utrecht do not issue new licenses, but is that a fact of these other cities also (Maastricht, Kerkrade, Heerlen).

Also, if these boarder cities will be revoking and/or shutting down coffeeshops in the near future.

And, last but not least, if 90kilo of stock would keep a coffeeshop running for the first 3 months.

Please only post if you know for a FACT or have had experience in this area.

Obviously, you can't "just" buy any business. I didn't say I to "just buy" anything. I had specific questions I wanted answered.

Don't worry, I am already allowed to live, work and own a business in the Eu for as long as I want. Also, I didn't ask this about work permits, but thanks for informing me.

Again, please only post if you know for a FACT or have had experience in this area.

I am trying to avoid moronic statements(example in the post above), so if you have something to say at least back it up with FACTS that can be referenced.

fact 1, coffeshops in the border town are in deep shit. fact 2, if you have eu status, for sure you can buy a shop if you have legal money. and can pass the i am not a criminal test. fact 3, 90 kilos is alot of product, and it also has to be split into many different varieties. is this 90 kilos of grass and hash or just weed, you will need hash. as a small operation as you will prob be, that is enough to get going. now all you have to do is find a shop that is for sale, they are available for the right price. good luck

Go to any real estate agency an ask them there to find it for you or just google for it if you want to do it yourself.

At the end is a legal bussiness so if you are EU worker you can own one.

Thanks Haze and JQ.

I do have a regular job, but I don't know where I can explain a large amount of cash just suddenly appearing. That's what I would like a shop for. Do they check where the cash comes from? That is something I will have to work out.
Being a criminal, hmmm, I don't consider myself one, I only carry a sawed-off shotgun and a glock, but purely for protection from the real criminals. But really, the establishment of many governments would consider many of us and many of the coffeeshops now operating criminal.
That poses another question:
Does the government of the Netherlands run background checks from the country of my origin?

No Hash... I don't have any contacts either(yet), but I figure when you have a shop people are all the time gonna trying to sling you their stuff anyway. I mean I have slung my weed to shops and many of you guys have most likely smoked my shit in the past. I figure hash would come in time, because a lot of shops in a-dam don't carry it.

I have been working Google overtime trying to find shops for a couple months and I'm sure I have pissed off a couple real estate agents by now with all my questions. I do have appointments to talk to some people about a permit. So, I might be able to get around buying a shop with a permit as long as I can get through these appointments.

never been in a shop that did not have hash, the back end of the coffeeshop biz is all criminal activity. there is no legal way to acquire stock. the gov. here will look up your ass as to where the money comes from. there is a law here now that if they even suspect you are white washing $ they deny you a license or refuse to renew your existing one. biebob law. just ask the guy who lost his red light biz.

If you really carry guns then you obviously have some skeletons in your closet and yes, Europol, Interpol, KGB, Gestapo etc. will do a background check, for example me being a smuggler, cultivator and user of cannabis - no chance to do anything without the heat being on 24/7. Checks at airport, shit, now that I have just read a great load of police reports (a friend just got out of prison) I know for fact that Ipol is nothing to play with man it is sick what they know :D but if you have legal money, know dutch people and have good contacts then what the hell, go for it...but looking at your plan...you just dont go and buy a coffeeshop, you need to know other people than real estate agents to get things going, Oldpink, Moppel and Mr .Haze know these things very well..
