Coco - Issue at end of Wk 4 Flower

This just started within the past week. Things have been going perfectly until I got into week 4 of flower and the new leaves at the tip of the buds started clawing pretty fierce while a few leaves below the canopy started a more full curl, fading slightly to a sick looking green, drying out, and dropping off. The problem is getting worse.

I had changed the res last weekend and decided to dump it and remix today since things were not improving. I have listed my old mix and new mix below.

Plant is in a 1 gal fabric pot. Until today it has been sitting in a drip tray, but has not been sitting in runoff. Today I raised it up out of the drip tray just to be safe. It will stay elevated moving forward.

Top of plant

Bottom of plant

How long has this problem been going on? Less than 1 week
Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) No, mylar and cloth. Yieldlab. Doubt it's the tent
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...) Coco
What STRAIN are you growing? CBD Crew: CBD Mango Haze
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?)
Clone
What is the age of your plants? 33F
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco, soiless etc..) Since early April
How tall are the plants? Approx 30" from top of soil
What PHASE are the plants in? (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Flower
What Technique are you using? General super cropping. Minimal defoliation. Flowering 11/13.
What is the Water temperature? 68*F
What Nutrient's are you using?(If growing soiless) GHFlora, Root Boost, Florakleen
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? GH Flora 36ml Micro / 54ml Bloom with 6ml Florakleen and 6ml of mycorrhizae and kelp "root boost" in 7 gallons of water
How often are you feeding? (If using soiless) every 3 hours for 45 seconds at a time
How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless) Every watering
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? I have not changed the ratio or ingredients until today
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)Micro, Bloom, Root Boost, Florakleen
What is the TDS/EC/PPM you are using? has been consistently]700ppm (hanna). Most recent (reduced-micro) mix is 550ppm.
What is the pH of the "Tank"? 6.0
How often are you testing your pH/PPM/EC/TDS? Every 2 weeks at res change. The res PH doesn't fluctuate out of 5.8-6.1 range.
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equipment? It is now. Last week I discovered my EC meter was reading 1.0EC too low. But I'd disregarded its readings long ago since the mix hasn't changed and it always comes out the same EC/PPM and PH. Using a new PPM meter now and it's readings are bang on. Old pH 6. Old ec 1.5.
When was your last watering? 5min ago with a new mixture of nutes. But once the new res was mixed I ran the drippers for a few min so that there was about 1/2 gal runoff and its PPM dropped from 750 initially to 550 once it had accumulated to 1/2 gal.
When was your last feeding change? (ie. grow-bloom-micro-additional) Today's res mix: 7gal water, 24ml Micro, 60ml Bloom, 0ml Root Boost, 6ml Florakleen
How often do you clean your system: example: Flush out water replace with clean water and nutrients? Approx every 2-3 weeks
What size bulb are you using? Mars TS-600
How old is the bulbs you are using? 2 months
What is the distance to the canopy? 8"
What is your RH Factor(Relative Humidity)? 40-50%
What is the canopy temperature? 80*F
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) 72*F-83*F
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) more than enough. 6" centrifugal fan emptying out a 2'x2'x4' room dialed back to about 1/2 speed. Tent looks like it wants to implode.
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? Fan runs 24/7 pulling through a 6"x 11" carbon filter. Passive intake.
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? There is a circulation fan below the canopy. Some leaves have a gentle wiggle.
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Not sure. I have a water quality report. What info is needed for this? Average total hardness is 130ppm and 7 grains/gal
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Tap
If using tap water, what is the ppm/EC/TDS of the water right out of the tap? It's 170ppm out of the tap
Are you using water from a water softener? no
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned off of or pinched Pruned ofF a few big fans to open the middle of the bush a bit. I have done this gently in phases over the past 4 weeks removing 7-10 fans each time.
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so, What and When? no
Are plant's infected with pest's not that I'm aware of. I do regular thorough leaf checks and have spotted nothing thusfar

The coco did start to dry out when the problem appeared. EC was pretty high as it was, but I am wondering if that caused a spike that freaked the plant out.

There’s your problem ... messed up cation exchange rate

Either use it from the start or not all
Oh wow. That's good information to know. Thank you!

Would you suggest reverting to the old nute mix, or am I too far gone at this point?

Give it a good flush with 1/8 strength nutes which will also clear the lines out

Ditch the rez contents, wash it out and refill at 1/2 the strength you were using before

You should move your fan until the whole plant is moving

After the switch, everything stalled for a few days, but now it seems like the issue is progressing again. Curling is getting worse and I'm starting to see issues on the upper fan leaves.

410ppm currently

why does it look like this plant is revegging to me? is it throwing single blades at the top? are you sure about light leakes

Bronzing on the fans is usually Mg deficiency IMHE

Try some Epsom salts as your feed regime seems a little Mg light

This is distinctly possible and it might explain a few things about my last harvest not wanting to finish flowering.

There's a piece of cloth/mylar wall that is velcroed in to separate mother and flower room. I left the lower corners open at the very bottoms to allow air to come through since intakes are on that side of the tent, while exhaust is in the flower room. Since the floor pans are relatively tall I figured it would be enough to block any harmful light. I figured it didn't need to be completely pitch dark since outdoor plants have plenty of moonlight and other ambient lights and seem to finish fine.

I'll try and seal that up and use some piping/ducting for the airway.

Just out of curiosity, is a high EC, or high N situation enough to show similar results, or does reveg require a light cycle shift? I do see Mango Haze throwing those single blades, so not sure if it's totally out of the ordinary. Still a good opportunity to tighten up the grow and reduce light leaks.

Added 1.5tsp to my 7gal res.

You could drop the Micro from your feed schedule now, you should be coming up to P/K time soon

Your plants look fine at the feed rate you’re using, add the Epsom salts after you get the ppm to where you want it
