One package 8lbs expands to 2cu ft with water and costs around 6 USD. I was wondering if any has ever used something like this.

Yes. Is this a ad?Thing I noticed is the volume that they claim it expands to is a little exaggerated but they are cheap and convenient and work fine, I flush mine cos after checking with a tds meter they are salty. Gotta think where coconuts are grown is next to the sea
