what is a good story for refilling co2? Can you refill co2 if your under 21

"Story"? Just go to a welding supply shop or restaurant supply shop and if they ask (which I doubt) tell them it's for what ever their business is and you're getting it for your old man. They really don't care as long as you've got cash.

CO2 is cheap. Last time I had some filled it was like 5 bucks. Tell them it is for your keg-o-rator or something.
