CO2 regulator help

D

ok
flower room is semi sealed but does have port AC that sucks some out for exhaust.
6 x 6x 7
i want to add CO2 and plan on buying 20lb tank at local welding store for approx $150 does that sound correct?
Do i need to ask for a specific type of co2 tank. I called and they just said they have 20 or 50 lb

2nd,
because of budget i was told my best bet is to buy some like this
http://www.hydroponics.net/i/241151
then buy a timer. this regulator plugs in and i was told i can use a timer to plug it in to if im on a budget.

however, my company buys from these guys and i was wondering if any of these can be used?
http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/ww...riginalValue=Carbon+Dioxide&L1=Carbon+Dioxide

and if so none of them have a plug to hook to a timer so how do i use

finally, am i wasting my time since im using a single hose exhaust port ac so there is negative pressure in the room but that the only exhaust. Right now i cant use a window unit period. Full stealth is a must.
The guy at the local grow store told me the AC should not matter much.

yep just get a regulator might as well get one made for this pupose
and a 20# tank and a timer
then get a bathroom scale so you can monitor when you need to refill tank
25#tank +20#co2=45#
there are many calculators to get and idea of what set the flow rate on the regulator and the timing of the release of gas
get some air tubing like you would use for and air pump, the actual dimension of said hose is not available for recall at this time...
feed the tube into the grill of an oscillating fan to disperse the gas evenly as the fan blows
very simple and you will wonder how you ever did without co2
