my 1st time running C02 and I have some outstanding sized flowers.
Q with Co2 is when is it time to stop?
or do you let run til chop?

Ive read jack mayoffers famous
"aptus shits blowing up around here" thread in flwr pix,
he doesn't run Co2 at elevated levels up to chop.
really not much on the subject of when its not relevant in bloom anymore.
jack pulls back after 6 wks, i'm @ late 50 days atm
plus I don't think the buds will...
or can swell another centimeter
but only a few are turning amber so i see em running into the 1st week of april.

do you guys pull back on the Co2 at any certain time or maintain level til chop time

Gnome,
Maybe someone can weigh in with more definitive info, but I would have stopped CO2 by 6 weeks. That depends on strain maturity time. I think stopping at the begining of 6th week is good. Good luck. -granger

i remember jack saying in bloom he goes 1000-1200 for 6wks but didn't say if co2 was stopped or just lowered after that.
I'm working in there everyday now flushing and pre-harvest trimming
so i cut co2 to 300ppm yesterday
i checked before lites on and i'm over a 1300 from the plants nite co3 dump.

thnx granger2

well by the time my room was ready, and way over due my clones were ragged so i started a pile of new stuff from seed.
my only clone that looked decent enough my skywalker hybrid,
liea og from gage green,
she is rocking with humongus cola's a
lso another gage strain sun maiden, i had a few seeds left and got me a killer potent ladie and a stud so F2 will be made :)

from seed i went with CGS's
strawberry dogshit, and they are waaaay bad to the bone
out of 9-1m--8 fm
all but 1 are keeper status with very heavy fat colo's

i also ran mosca gear
C99 BX2's from 3--> 1 M --
3 FM- 1 is keeper status and a huge bertha pheno

ot x ibg 1 m -- 3 fm, all 3 way potent and tasty, 2 keeper status

ot x chem #4-- 1 m---2 fm, not sure on those yet,
the nugz didn't start to swell until after 40days and not as big as i expected but they have more waaay budsites than any other strain in the room, very tight-n-dense , need to sample for potency.
30 days samples wern't up there yet like others in the room.
it may be a chemdog strain related thing

i also went with BOG sour bubble, can't do wrong with her,
pheno's, one is 6ft and hasd 14" fans :bigeye:
also did some from the medley pak. really nice.

last, i have my own creation from a sneaky CGS secret recipe rooster that hit my rez KQK ladies,
these by far have the heaviest stem snapping colas in the room
with a heavy weight KO punch

my keeper liea og did very good before but in the new room with co2 sealed enviroment the bud sizes are so much bigger,

here's a pic of my 6ft sour bubble

I'll be taking pictures sometime this weekend and post

It's been 3 years since I grew so I can't remember exactly. But there's a chemical that helps the buds ripen. And CO2 prevents that chemical from forming. So some or most lower co2 to 300 - 500 ppm the last two weeks. That's what I did.

Lazyman has a really good thread. Look for it
