Co2 Experts....

you have to get both. the solenoid is going to open up the CO2 valve so the CO2 escapes the bottle. the regulator is set up so that only a certain amount will go through at a certain time (pressure). you need to buy the controller, solenoid, and regulator. look on craigslist for a tank with a regulator for the cheaps.

I've used a generator for years some good tips are 1200 PPM is plenty and you want about 85 degrees at the canopy.A small oscillating fan or fans blowing upwards through the plants is also real beneficial. If you want to get serious a dehumidifier is needed to run at least during the dark hours of 12/12 when the RH rises 20-30%.I run it during light hours too when temps permit

What do you think if the temps climbed above 85? I thought it didn't matter the hotter the better?

Using co2 give you the ability to grow ok at higher temps [ than without it ] but at some point the temp and RH will come into factor and the heat will effect potential growth.
