Closet grow busted :(

Today sucks......... I had 2 plants growing in my closet with blankets tacked to the wall to hide the light anyways I have two doors in my room both with key locks. So today I decide to take a walk and get a haircut. When I left no one was in my house. I get back and my parents say they wanna talk. Apparently I left a door unlocked so they decided to go in and snoop around. I just found out yesterday they were female. Now I normally would never grow in my parents house but I thought it would be fine with the key locks. This was my first grow and they were growing for about a month and a little over a week just started flowering. So if u still live with ur parents make sure u do not grow in there house. I thought I would never get caught but I did. Anyways now I'm going to have to get a job and get my own place so this will never happen again. I'm 22 by the way if ur wondering. THEY THREW MY GIRLS AWAY.

That sucks, but it's pretty understandable if they don't smoke bud. Just one more reason you should try to get your own place, even though it's expensive as hell. Besides, you can't bring chicks to your parents house lol. Just be careful when you move too, your room-mates aren't going to want you growing bud, and if they do, you have to worry about it getting ripped off. Good luck man, it's hard enough being stealthy when you have a house, let alone when you're in an apartment or something.

yeah that sucks... but obviously you have realised your mistake. and it really wasnt the lock.

you were trying to grow in someone else house without them knowing. and thats just gonna anger them more when they EVENTUALLY will.. (you cannot hide this from people you live with)

just be smart about it, and it wont happen again.

my current grow is in someone elses house i dont own.
but know all about it.
they live here too. im not trying to piss anyone off if im doing this in thier house.
if there was a problem, i wouldnt grow. simple as that to be safe.

yeah bro you got extremely lucky. #1 rule never ever grow at your residence, use a shed. Rule #2 Proper Planning Prevents a Piss Poor Preformance.

Lmao@stealth grows in moms and dad's house. I never understood why some one would try to grow something as needy as marijuana in the same house without permission from others living there. Just to save others trouble, if you think you're gonna be growing anything worth while you might as well have a talk with others living in the house before it gets done because eventually you it will be discovered.

Seriously though you'd have a better chance trying to find a really really good spot outdoors and throwing down 20 seeds or so.

When i was in college i lived on my own 90% of the time, but in summers i would come home and live in an apt that my dad paid for but was never at. anyway he visited it one day and found my litle closet op. The most shocking thing was i lived about 3 blocks from the county seat where local state and fed LEO's kept their bases and my pops put my lights plants etc etc out on the curb....i come home from work and i see my dad walking the last plant out and i am like WTF? we laugh about it now but at the time it was a real issue......not worth it.....imagine a cop drove by at that moment..i shudder to think they may have taken my dad away....growing in a place owned by your folks is even worse as govt. could potentialy seize property....
