Closest thing to OG Kush from a seedbank?

So what's the closest thing available..? Im looking at all these OG Kush pics lately and im amazed...soo frosty and dense..and from what i hear POTENT!

Tried the search..could not find a thread like this..so if you can post a link..

I just hope they wont be 150.00 bucks a pack especially since they will be untested, nothing against you Rez. I wanted his IBL so bad, but just cant shell out that much money for seeds. The demand sets the price though.

Aren't Rez's new lines a hindu kush cross, not OG Kush? Anything over $100 would be a joke. Your best bet for a OG Kush would be Burmese Kush or OG Kush x Blue Sat 2.2

Oh,& a sidebar on Current Happenings:
Just for fun,a run of OG Kush (Abusive Cut) S1 and
Sour Diesel Clone x OG Kush (Abusive Cut) (S1 pollen) beans are being made.
If enough are made,Reservoir will give them away,as I generally have no love for "femmd" seeds,but am currently experimenting,anyway.* :smile:

What is the origin of the OG Kush? It had to be a seed sometime, any idea where is came from? I hope this isn't a stupid question, but it seems like a good place to start if you're wanting to get it from seed.

grow a real hindu kush if you are growing from seed! there's a bunch of good ones out there, pine tar kush, charles kush, etc.

LA Confidential - I had my OGK in AMS last cup, and hit for hit, it was the closest... Similar buzz, a bit fruitier, but very good. DNA has a few variations of the LA which are all good.

A new revelation is that the pheno of REZ's SD that I ended up with has a VERY similar odour to my OG. I haven't puffed on the SD from my garden, it will be a couple weeks. Hanging now. I anticipate a good level test, as they received the same nutes and additives, in the same soil mixture.

Since that is an easy purchase, I might go for that. Or the LA confidential - DNA recommends going thru Drchronic.com for their beans.. Worked for me..

TH Seeds has a different cut than the "Kush" that you are looking for (which is not technically a Kush). But, there is a pheno or two of MK Ultra, which presents itself in the clone. Look for the Mom that produces buds that reek of "Trainwreck" aroma. These clones will produce very subtle Kushlike Buds, dense and cotton candy-like if the room is cool enough. The pheno was one of at least 4 I got out of a pack of 10 seeds, that presents challenges, so maybe best avoided.

But REZ, SD, I know it has been said, but not from me - Good Work, and thanks. Period.
