alright so i have been having issues with this plant from early on...
Initially i gave it some grow big. seemed to burn the plant so i flushed.
later had some signs of cal deficiency i gave it some cal mag.
Didnt realize this was cal mag and nitrogen burnt plant
did a flush with no nutes.
this was about a week and a half ago
i just transplanted into a 5 gallon pot about 5 days ago.
This is where we are at. Yellowing on some newer leaves I am thinking nitrogen deficency because of all the flushing that i did without nutes..
i am unsure of what to do at this point any advice would be great.

Should i just scrap this?

Thanks for all the replies!
it is at canopy. most of the time it sits at 74 like it is right now. The air outside the tent is measured a couple degrees higher. I water with room-temperature water at all times ran through a carbon filter.
the intake does not hit the pot. intake is a 4 inch hole with a very low powered fan that faces away from the pot

Dan nailed it, your pH is off in the medium. You are seeing Mg deficiency. Add 100 ppm epsom salts to your water, and do a foliar spray with the Epsom salts (diluted) from the underside of the leaves.

:peacock:yes it is in fact 24 hour lighting at this time. Do you suggest i change that?
These are plants that were under 24hrs for a month or longer , I put 2 to sleep one night and my issues cleared up with 18/6. Can you tell which 2 got a nap ? This was a bag seed purple strain i think was Katsu , That difference was after the first night of sleep .

wmtt epson salts is usually what you can get at your local store...but if you can get calmag ..even better...just make sure you get you a ph pen...they are cheap..keeping your ph on track is the best thing i ever did for my girls...below is a link of what i buy...i usually buy two or three while ordering..also get you some calibration liquid...that plant looks pretty good just need a lil adjustment...DJXX
there are several to choose from on Ebay...

mix and put it in your medium...if you spray the leaves you can really burn them if you use too much...the medium is where i would put it..DJXX

They do look nice and Perky opposed to mine and DJXX is probably on target . But when i make observations in the garden i throw them out there as possible culprits .

You aren't going to burn by foliar feeding at 10-15ml per 20 liter bucket.

However, simply adding Epsom salts to the medium s not going to help, you need to fix the pH problem that is locking out Mg.

DJXX when trying to decide whether to get a ph pen or paper after reading horror stories of PH being off with pens (even when they are very expensive pens)i decided on two brands of ph paper one for back up since I figured it couldn't hurt. But this is my next purchase.

I am very grateful to all of you! the responses were greatly appreciated. I am hoping to take some clones of this plant before i put it in veg since GDP was one of the first strains I smoked a long time ago.
I am in the LA area who knows if its real GDP i heard horrible things about clone genetics around here. at least whats provided in store.
I have been watering with cal mag for the past 3 times so i am hoping the foliar feed saves the day.

Chimera,
Very early on i did have some ph issues with i tried to address with apple cider vinegar, I suspect this is where i went wrong. I have decided i will use dolomite lime from now on to address these.
Any more tips for me?
thanks again

I should mention part of the reason why i transplanted is because i was hoping it might help cure whatever issue i had causing the ph imbalance early on

I use a HM Digital pH pen (the cheaper orange, rectangle/square one) and never had an issue. Been using it for over a year now. I calibrate bimonthly with 7.0 and 4.0 calibrating solutions, but it has always read perfect. So I have never had to calibrate really. I also store it with the HM Digital pH storage solution, for the record.

Getting a pH pen was one of the best things I ever did for my grow. All my leaf spotting/problems disappeared. Personally, I wouldn't trust the paper.

Moral of the story....BUY A PH PEN!!! :biglaugh: You can thank me later. :)

thats what is so sweet about this site...you can always learn something new.....only reason i said they could burn, i once foliar fed them full strength..duh...looked like i took a torch to the plant...thanks Chimera for correcting me...i wouldn't want to steer someone wrong...DJXX
