depends on your method. in a bubble cloner or straight water that's a bit high. in perlite or coco, it's fine. all my cloning is in perlite and the temps in the clone chamber are about that

Too many variables to answer that question...

Strain, pheno of strain, growing method, temp, plant nutrition, plant health, the list goes on and on....

Essentially, you'll just have to wait and see....
