clones pushin one leaf only

im sorry for posting here and in the infirmiry, but i got no response there and everyday counts. the clones that were cut for me, are under flouros, and the leaves have only one blade. has anyone seen this? could there be an explanation?

oh yeah, they are in 8 oz. beer cups, with drainage holes, being taken care of by an experienced cloner.

were the moms in flower when the clones were taken?

if so it'll sort itself out in a couple of weeks

Saymo is right on.. If clones are taken later in flower, say week 4 and on they can have one blade. Remember the clone is as old as the mom so if mom is starting to make single leaves(which is the last stage) then clone starts that way until new growth reverts back. I just did this last month to my cherry ak48, she is now giving clones.

everything seems fine now, the mothers were in flower a week before reverted back to veg, but a few weeks of veg passed before the clones were then taken

One leaf just states which stage the mother plant was in when you took the cutting. Probably the final stage like other's have said. Give it a couple more days and you will be able to tell If its coming through...
