Clones from dispensary

Picked up a clone from a dispensary that is rooted about 1-2 inches out the bottom of a 2 inch rockwool cube. I understand while rooting the need for a humidity dome and low light intensity. Do I need to be careful on exposing it to light if I'm going to be vegging with a 43w 6500k and 43w 2700k cfl? Also is it too early to have a fan blowing since it will lower the humidity? I have the clone in a red solo cup with an organic soil mix with 40% added perlite. Currently keeping it on 24/0.

Need to rest they don't, but if you choose to do so it's all the same. Now your clones it seems with roots coming out bottom of rockwool they are well rooted. You should not need to worry about humidity as they should be able to support themselves but to ease your mind you can place a clear solo cup on top until you feel they're ready. Make sure to poke a few holes in top for air as you don't want pythium to set in. And yes hurry up and get light on them those are NOT to much, it would also be beneficial for you to introduce them to a feed schedule.
PEACE!

If its just CFL light, get it right up into the lights. I wouldnt worry about it being too close unless they touch the light. Plant the rockwool cube about half way into your soil mix, leaving the top half out.

Sweet thanks guys. Since I've never taken cuttings myself I wasn't sure what the experts consider actual rooted. I have my plants about 3-4 inches away and everything looks great so far. I have the fan blowing so it blows hot air off the lights and keeping the clones lighting dancing :). I also realized having the fan on makes the soil dry out much faster so I'm keeping a close eye on the weights so they don't get droopy. One started to look slightly droopy and I realized the soil felt dry on the top. She perked back up after about 20 min. :thank you:
