Clawing

What causes it? I tried to search but was inundated with unrelated threads, too many to sift through for a specific answer.

I'm a little over 3 weeks into flower on an indica/sativa cross of unknown lineage and many leaves are clawed. I have a simple DWC, pH is about 6, I change the rez every 10-14 days and I follow the nute directions. She's about 12"-15" under a 250w HPS.

Should I be concerned?

too much Nitrogen. back off the N part of your feed if possible, or give them lower strenght nutes jus until the very bottom of the leaves start to yellow (evenly) then resume regular feeding..

too much N will lower your yeild, and give you more leaf..

good luck..

I'm using Flower Power - Bloom. 1.4%N 1.5%P 4%K, at full strength 2.2m S/cm (CF 22) @ 25C, pH 5.2 whatever that means.

I added water to my rez to dilute my mixture, I don't know what else I can do.

Yikes...that's pretty high IMO for plants that size under that little light. Take it down to around 2/3 strength and get the PH up to around 5.8-6.0.
