claw leaves, but i dont think it's too much nitrogen...

in the last week or two, all my plants leaves have curled under like this:

i'm in pots of straight coir, feeding them 6ml base / 9ml bloom (botanicare triflex) per gallon, daily. pH adjusted to 6.0 (tiny bit of pH down to get there. i tried watering them with just straight tap water for a couple days, and then fed without adjusting pH at all. no change whatsoever. they look otherwise very healthy, and i've been feeding them exactly this schedule since i started feeding them. i know claw leaves can be from too much nitrogen, but i dont see how that could happen when i havent changed their feeding, and they've gotten BIGGER, which would make me thing they should be more apt to take up nutes, rather than start having problems with the same amount they've been getting forever. i'm under a 600w hps (24/7 veg) that is sitting about 24 inches above the tops, and temps are not perceptibly above ambient (so 70-77 degrees i guess). the hood is air cooled. help!

He's in striaght coco...at that size watering everyday in coco is a must...no?

if he is having problems with deficiancies or over fertilizing letting it dry out will make it worse.

Get a reading on that ambient temperature, as well as the nighttime lows- in cooler conditions, it's a lot easier to over-water, and the symptoms show earlier.

For reference, if that were N tox, the leaves would be a little droopy in appearance around the edges, too.

no nighttime lows, the temps are constant because the intake is drawing from the house, and the lights are on 24/7 right now.

growdoc / thehighlander - it is impossible for it to be overwatered, i'm in straight coir, thats one of the great things about it :)

its looking like this may be salt build up (causing N tox or something else?) given that i've been giving them full feeding every day, and havent ever flushed. i watered with 8ml/gal clearex last night, and will proceed depending on what everyone says to do next.

Curled leaves can also be a sign of Poor Ventilation ... I don't see any tip burn or signs of overfeeding. How's the air circulation in the room?

449cfm. i dont think thats it..... the vortex is sucking from near the ceiling, and intake is the gap under the door (about an inch tall, and door wide.)

vortex is pushing out into the attic, intake pulls from the inside of the house which is climate controlled.

no probs thanks for the help thehighlander, they're in a tray draining to waste, no standing water :)

if anyone has advice on how long / how to flush the bitches to get rid of salt buildup while not giving them a nute deficiency that would be awesome

peace.

more cold air in sorry, worded that wrong :bashhead: ,,,i was ment to ask how much fresh air you got coming in  :bashhead: ..(youve just answered that )

is it just vortex fan yeh.
try puting a small desk fan in there to to help circulate the fresh air coming in before it gets sucked out at the top, have you got the fan blowing at night (lights off) to keep the fresh air blowing?

intake is at floor level, vortex is at ceiling, lights and fan are both running 24/7. intake draws from inside house, exhaust is going into attic.

so i've been flushing and still only one of the plants doesnt have claws now. am i at risk of having deficiencies if i am flushing this long? im worried about my babies and i really wanna throw them into flower!

so yesterday i ran each plant under the bathtub faucet for about half an hour, a while after the runoff stopped coming out slightly yellowish and started coming out perfectly clear. i will feed them half the strength of nutes i was doing before. does yellowish runoff initially mean i had major salt buildup?
