Just wanted to share my chocolate truffles .
The recipe (didn't really use scales):
~100 g dark chocolate (>70% cacao), ~10 g white chocolate and a spoon of water, slwoly and carefully molten over a water bath (<80°C?)
~50 g cannabutter, temperated
~50 (-100?) g powdered sugar
- less than 50 g cream (a bit cream is important for consistency/taste, but one can't take too much when using butter)
- vanilla, cinnamon, Grand Marnier (the spices and the liqueur are facultative, add whatever you like)
Blend everything together to give a smooth mass. Cool in fridge until moldable. Form pralines and roll in whatever you like. I took crushed almonds, hazel- and coconuts; powdered sugar, cinnamon/sugar or chocolate icing or sprinkles are also great. Preferably, keep them cool.
