Chocolate Trip x Black Lime Reserve a test grow and F2 project

this is gonna be a test grow of sorts and I popped some beans on christmas day to get the seedlings i have going right now.
Bodhi and Aficionado come together in this pairing , who's parents were grown and selected for this cross by member Baked_Beanz.
I promised him I'd grow these up good and that's what I'm gonna endeavor to do. I also have enough beans to do an F2 so that is the plan and I will be popping beans 6 at a time untill I'm happy that the right parents are found. I'm making the F2's for myself but with BB's blessing I'll donate some packs down the line if things turn out.

These will be grown in sunshine 4 with general hydro flora micro/bloom and koolbloom. Other additives will be Dolopril, espom and cal/mag as needed. Finally got some monterey garden spray with spinosad to wipe out the thrips in my plants so will be using that too.

These are under 4100K T8 floros at 128watts and will be graduating to a 400MH in a few days. I've been building a whole new layout and the first room is pretty much ready for the plants.

I'd have to let Baked_Beanz answer that one man. I think it was posted a while back in the seedbay threads but can't remember. I'll see if i can dig up that info.

well, here we are at 33 days from seed on the Chocolate Trip x Black Lime Reserve.
They are in solo cups and got thier first dose of food the other day. I feed them 1/4 cup of liquid and at first it took 3 1/2 days to use that up. Now they are drinking the 1/4 cup in 2 days so once that gets down to a 1/4 cup consumed in a 24 hour period, it's time to transplant. These are nice looking seedlings and all are healthy and have good vigor.
I have them slow vegging so they are still quite small but they are compact and starting to show good development at the nodes. Trucking right along

anyhow, I found all my camera crap finally and have the battery on charge for a good photo session tomorrow after ice fishin LOL.

Let's get this back on track and I'll follow up with weekly updates from here on in.

the leaves feel velvety, it's wierd LOL deeply grooved leaf veins , they aren't furry, they just feel velvety . I'm working on pics

feeding 1/2 strength lucas formula , GH flora 4ml micro/8bloom feed/water/water regimen.
400watt halide on 18/6
these plants are starting to make me smile
Number 3 has the best structure/vigour so far. 1 of the 6 has noticeably fatter leaves and the other 5 are pretty similar to each other. I'm liking the stem rub smells on all of them.
