in 2005 i did spended a month in china yunnan, rented a apartment for 1 euro per night in a town called dali, the area is around in on 3000 meters.. even in the town you can see small plants struggling for surviving in a street corner..

you could get averige ganja and black hash easely and get hustled easely if you dont got an eye for good ganja or hash..after a month there struggling to get the best i had top quality hash, purple intresting weed who came in hole brnashes of sticky buds, the claimed tha iwa import from burma witch is quite close, and it really was diffrent from the local stuff,

i met only one chinese guy who had some knowledge anout strains and qualikty, he hooked me up with wild growing proper chinese indica picked around the mountain in zhong dian (shangrila) it´s on even higher altidude and very close to the tibetanian border, this weed had a couple seeds in each compact bud that was larger than any seed i ever seen the size of 2 seeds in one hehe almost unatulary big..

would be intresting to know if anyone heard of this strain and if anyone ever cultivated it.. or anyone who been in the area recently?

hey - was it strong this stuff - I have posted some pics of a Chinese/N. Lao strain... it was not that strong though, but had huge seeds, and a nice spearmint-like taste

Yes good to see other people went to the pot central of china. I have been in china for over 3 years and there is not much of quality here.

You can get top dollar if u grow but the penalty is quit harsh. Hopefully if your lucky u just get deported.

We have everything from beasts to some decent smoke. As far as i have seen since being in Asia, i think Dali is one of the better spots to go to.

Here is a picture of my China Yunan. The pheno I kept is more indica, great producer, smell is creamy black cherry, taste almost sickly sweet. Really impressive.
