1/2 hp sounds big, unless you already have it. In that case go for it.
My only thought is that every large centralized system should have a UV sterilizer. Just go to thatfishplace.com and check them out. Cheap crop insurance if you ask me.
If you don't have a chiller yet, I saw some nice titanium core heat-exchange ones on Ebay once. Top o' the line, regular price.
