Cherry Bomb - Cryptic Labs

Hey IC people,
got an itch some time ago to try the Cherry Bomb, read some comments about Greengenes and Swami's lines and got me interested... later on I ordered some Panama Red seeds and got a free pack of Cryptic Labs version of Cherry Bomb, asked about the lineage and got the answer they were Greengene's line, so I had to pop some.
Got three plants, seems two were surely females and one looked like a male, so I took care of the females, got them 25L fabric pots and a nice space in the tent.
Now they're starting to flower, they are two different phenos, one is more red, the other looks greener and I prefer how the green one looks.

A couple of pictures to get the idea

Took a couple of clones for warmer weather, these two are growing in cold conditions but look quite good so far.

If you have experience with this line please post some infos or pics, I'll keep a kind of weekly diary for these two ladies if anyone's interested.

Have a great weekend!

Cheers

I question whether you really got Mr. Greengenes Cherry Bomb from that supplier. But your plants look correct. I am a personal friend of Mr. G.

You are correct in your assessment of the green strain of the cultivar. From personal experience, I find it a better strain. In fact, I call it 7-Up for the lemon-lime taste. And an amazing high.

I doubt I would grow CB Red unless I have a lot of space. Oh in case you are wondering, if you grow and seed CB Green or what I call 7-Up it breeds true.

Thanks guys, welcome :)
This line should be(i checked on teh internetz) coming from MrGreenges(F20) and bred two generations further to make it F22.
I didn't even properly check for smells but have the feeling from pruning, the red one is dank and the green is fresh, so naturally i prefer the green one :)

No updates for a long time, sorry but had important things going on.

Now they look much more red/purple tinted, seems their low temperature sensitivity is pretty high compared to other plants.

My pics are bad and also the plants had a weird growth, gave them lots of room and t space, organic soil and strong light but they had issues because of low temperatures. The yield was medium low despite many buds, they're not dense or resinous. The smells are different, the big red one has the classic rubber hashy plus vegetable smell, the green one is more piney but far from being smelly or having a good smell. The third one which i was believing is a male, was a female and has some freshness, lemongrass and pine smells, she's actually the only one i like.
Overall i can't say i like them, they're not so easy to grow and don't provide what I'm after so i won't grow them again probably.
Gave a clone to a friend to see if the red one prefers it outdoor, who knows.

Cheers
