Chemmy Jones Round 2

I have only started 2 seeds of Chemmy Jones because I am looking for a decent pollen donor to make some beans this run with my other strains.

Nothing crazy yet I am at day 8 12/12 today pics are from last night day 7 12/12.

CJ2 is 99% sure male. Sprouted 1 day after CJ1 and is signifigantly larger and more vigourous but longer internode distance. He will be going outside to produce some pollen for me before I chop him down.

CJ1 is unsexed nice short compact pheno I think will turn out well. CJ1 is on the left in this pic sorry only one I have of it next to a Deadhead OG I started from seed that turned out female.

The DHOG is about same size as the CJ2 for size comparison to the CJ1 it is much shorter and compact.

Looks nice man. What did you do to the female? Like supercrop or something? It goes without saying your crosses will come out a lot better with more diverse genetic influence but it also goes without saying that 20+ males in your back yard might raise suspicion lol... Anyways man, good luck with your crosses sounds like fun. Interested to hear how the Chemmy Jones smokes so I'm subbin this one..

Ya I super cropped her. Pinched the main stem a couple times in early flowering to control height in my micro grow.

Chemmy Jones is a fine smoke. My last female I grew of it had Casey Jones style nugs, very frosty, and had a definite Chemmy quality to the flavor and smell of the buds.

Yes I have a lot of faith in CSG gear, you should not be disappointed.

Here is some dried buds from last run with it. A couple flower cycles ago.

Day 72 (right before harvest)

She had a good flush that run. Also was only 1 of 4 plants under a 150w HPS so a bigger scale grow you can expect even more dankness.

I got like a 3x stretch probably if not more but they were flowered really young around 2-3 weeks from seed. I let them go a full 10 weeks of 12/12.

I have only grown 2 of the seeds from the pack both females. Gave a couple to my buddy and I think I still have about 7 left or so.

The one this round isnt quite as frosty as the last one so far was but has the same structure and scent.

ok cool and thanks for the info. mines didn't stretch no where as much as yours so i take it i must have done something wrong. plan on running them again right after this run so will capitalize on my mistakes then.

that last pic looks stunning and very healthy, can't wait to how she finishes up.
