Greetings erryone!! These clones are 53 days into flowering. Prolly get the chop 'round 70 days like their seed grown mothers. Grown organically in something similar to bog amended promix... and ferted with age old organic grow and bloom, pure blend (regular)grow and bloom, a lil big bloom and earth juice bloom. Sorry bout the HPS glow but if I took them outta the little sweat box I would nevr get them back in orrr Im tryin to save my back. Take yr pick. NJOY!

if im not mistaken that would be SOMA'A kahuna ..... master breeder soma rock the worl with his amazing strains ,, i bet that taste like a afghani sweet skunk .. lol...

Kahuna is Soma's strain - Super Skunk x Big Skunk Korean x Afghani-Hawaiian x Jack Herer ..... I have two phenos a sweeter, better yielding skunk type and a spicier, more resinous, purple pheno .... tastes great and, friggin' a, its vigorous as hell...couple more pics... the ones in real color (no Hps glow) are of the seed-grown mothers from late last year

Most definitely happy with the Kahuna and would be into trying another of Somas strains...buddha's sis?....right now I have a few of Bog's offerings (Sour Bub, LSD, Blue Moon Roks) vegging ready to go in after these are done..and just in, germed and sprouted ---- DSD v2 from Rez ---- so not sure when I will get to purchasing another Soma ..

LOL sackoweed, good for sex?...mosdef... but what mj isn't when used the right way?.. but SERIOUSLY folks, the description of the high is fairly right on... non paranoia, motivational and yeah somewhat creative... its got a great high that is incredibly easy to function on, go to work on, serve jury duty on ... i wouldn't say its a mellow high, b/c for me, that description carries a negative connotation, but at times can be a subtle high-- i work hard on a daily basis (helper for gen. contractor) and need relaxation when I get home --- and it works great for that..

These clones are more resinous than their mothers and I hope more potent... as I lust for more and more thc.... Imma take more pics 2nite right when the lights come on to try to get more of the "flash photo" look... more color, less generic hps washout...

zepdood--- I think I remember soma saying that he has or at the time of the statement had around 80 or so diff. strains (the exact number Im not sure of but it was enough that i went whoa) used for breeding... JUST IMAGINE some of gems that probably exist only in his garden or gardens of friends of his.. i wanna be his friend....hahaha

Absolutely picturesque, Square 1! That last pic should be nominated for POTM. Magazine quality shot there, my brotha!! By the way, I'm in construction too (single family residential builder). Thanks to a good friend here on ICMag, I just may be bestowed a truly lovely gift of a few beans of Soma's Rock Bud (A+). Like your Kahuna, it seems to put off those gorgeous autumn colors late in bloom too. Does the Kahuna smell like "road kill" skunk strains or is the aroma different? Also, what's the taste like? Fanfuckintastic job on the grow, man. You really have that strain dialed-in!!

omg! that looks amazing! If it's not too strong you can smoke and enjoy more. Have you tried the flash with the hps full on? Also you might have some color settings in your menu to offset the amber/low Kelvin hps and shoot without the flash.

Gamera -- Thats a great idea but unfortunately the photo viewer im using is practically a demo and the camera though it impresses me with the ability of its limited features is just that limited... but imma still check it out to see what's what....

A little info 'bout the strain.. though it may stall a bit after topping or LST (low stress...), I love how the plants perform once all the buds are at the same height..... homogenous buds that in this strain have a synergistic effect on production and product... the purple pheno I have has a spicier but not necessarily hazey taste, INTERESTING!!!; I look forward to crossing this and the other kahuna to a sour bub male I came up with just to try making seeds for the first time.... though I havent had the sour bubble yet I have an intuition I won't be disappointed...

I also play musical instruments (guitars and a 'lil drums) and I find that the high is great for playing music because im altered and relaxed and all... but im not incapacitated to the point where I wouldn't trust myself to write songs... still able to juggle :wink:

I hear Soma will be at the 420 fest unannounced until today... fuckin' rad as hell!!!!... let him know he continues to inspire and impress us all with his incredibly unique and precious plants....
