I'm thinking my flood schedule is too much right now for them.

I flood every 3 hours for 15 minutes...takes 15 minutes for the res to empty.

They seem to be healthy, but their leaves curling up are starting to make me think otherwise.

i think you short shorten your watering duration...mebbe 10 mins every 4 hours..
or if u only have a 15 min segment timer...try it every 5 hours for a few days and they should stabilise...

just my thoughts...

I say 10 minutes every five hours is almost more than enough esp if its taking equal time for your res to empty.
