CHEAP CHEAP GROW ENCLOSURE

just wanted to share what i found. its a breathable fabric closet for clothes. i was thinking if you lined the inside with mylar or that white film, it would be easy to cut out holes for intake and exhuast, it should be able to support lights and scrubbers, when lined it should be lightproof, and comes with a zipper.....they have single wide($20) and doublewide($40)....check it out!!!

plus for only 40 bucks you could add some sub bars to strengthen the closet. ALSO A SHIT LOAD OF COATS WEIGHS MORE THAN A LIGHT AND MAYB A SCRUBBER!!

this is also an aternative for a $200+ grow tent. would make a great mom/clone/seedling chamber.

I think the idea of using that would be better than the actual use you'd get out of it. From the looks of it, it's just a cheap plastic frame covered with a cheap fabric and a little bit of clear vinyl. It might be able to support a light and a fan, but that's it and that's probably pushing it. You'd probably have to cut the floor out, because I don't think it would support the weight of the plants. I think you'd be better off getting something like this metal rack and covering it with plastic sheeting. Just my

Well yes actually - and there are 20 of them in my tent. What you think I only have one plant in there or something? LOL!

Anyways, that was my least favorite plant of the 7 females from seed, thanks for picking that one to show off, but, it will still do about an ounce or more, and the others will do 1-2 ounces as well.

That works out to about 2 pounds off my 1k on this round of plants. Without co2. Way to make a fool of yourself trying to insult my yield.

yea to those who took it as a fully assembled grow tent......its going to need some customizing. like i said mayb 2-3 support bars across the top, hmm mayb a floor and mylar or film to cover it. looks pretty stealth to me. 400w air cooled hps would do just fine in an enclosure like this.

and to bojangles 20plants is a waste of space. 5 plants under my t5s yeild about 3/4lbs give or take. under 350w t5s. i dont go around bragging about it. jus cut the crap with leaving me bullshit bad rep. you should figure how to maxamize ur grow area and take other peoples ideas into consideration...

why not build your own out of something sturdier maybe some 1inch pvc piping with elbows and make a frame.Then wrap it in your own material and add a zipper.Pvc will make it alot stronger and u could even probably hang a hps light off it

I think Mr. Bongjangles is doing excellent with 2lbs per 1K light.

It takes a phenomenal amount of time and talent to be able to accomplish that.


He also writes solid information, slowly and precisely. He's not all over the board like yourself.

p.s. Those closet thingies make a better grow tent for mushrooms. At least it worked fabulous for me.

Dude, you are supposed to dry the buds before you weigh em. If you are getting that much from 5 plants under a T5 dried, You need to be given the goddam nobel prize. With a harvest like that, you should be able to afford a "real" grow tent.
