Changing the light houres - gradually or at once?

The timer stop warking and force me to moove two houres forwared. I want to moove it back.
Should I do it at once or gradually like 15 min a day..?

Critical Koosh, Indoor, coco, 3 weeks in growing stage.

Veg, just set the timer back to the hours you want and youre fine. This is the time it would naturally get maximum sunlight any, as long as youre over 18 hours of light, your total light could change and it wouldnt stress the plant
