Changing spectrum question

i have 3 seedlings under 3cfls and they have grow big enought to go into my cab with 250w hps. My questions is what is the best way to not shock them from the change of spectrum. I dont want the shock to cause any damage or the least possible. Please advide

A bunch of people throw their plants directly from CFL's to HPS without problems. I don't think you need any sort of gradual change of spectrum to maintain a healthy plant.

Agreed, Statusquo is right just, move them right over and should not have any problems, Seems to me the most dangerous thing to the plants is, us Ixexe, Good luck mang
