CGS SSSDH freebies grow..

Got 6 SSSDH seeds with my Hey Dave order.. Dropped them on the 1st and they're now in beer cups of Canna coco.. I've yet to grow or even smoke any SSSDH.. Been away from growin for a while and very happy to be back... Heard its some serious dank.. Will be using Canna coco a +b, Cannazym and Rhizotonic for now.. Also read this strain stretchs like 4x so I'm planning flowering from rooted cuts once sexed.. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated...

Leave lots o room... they really do stretch 4x also they run long from what im seeing bout 4 weeks till you see flowers start to even form, plan on it. These arent no 8 weekers....lol
Thes guys dont take to pinching and training so much(stems like straws!) they will do it but they dont like it if you need to just trim em down they prefer it for me at least they seem to bounce back faster from that.
I havent finished mine yet either so im hopin for good things as well.
I think I have 3 distinct phenos myself have fun!

Ok all are looking great.. So calling all SSSDH growers out there need some advice.. What's the best way to grow these out from seed?? I was either gonna veg for 4-5 wks take cuts and flower out the seed plants or flower the cuts.. I have plenty of flowering room.. I have a 5'6 x 7'x 8' flowering room with one 1k vert.. I definitely plan on doing some topping and training.. Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

Take clones rooted em then train em to vert for a few weeks then flip. You have run this particular cut before? Cause ive had stretchy sssdh and think dense not much stretch phenos too

I ran ojd's testers of ssh x sssdh. Just looked back at my journal..... From the seeds poking their heads above the cubes, I vegged them for 3 weeks and 2 days and then flipped them. Had 2 that were just about touching the roof of my cab (5 feet tall), and I had topped them a few days before I flipped them. SSh x SSSDH the search for a super haze, that's the thread title if you wanna check it out.

Ive grown a good amount of SSSDHs, sssdh crosses, and made a few crosses with her. She grows fast in veg and needs topped early and usually a second topping once hits bloom pots but make sure give her at least 10 days after top before bloom, you want as many tops as you can get on her. I stick sssdh's into bloom around 20'' and they reach about 7ft with 5 gallon pots. I always have to supercrop them around 21 days into bloom, cropping the tall tops to be even with rest of the plant. Usually 70 days to 77 days on most sssdh's finishes them up nicely.

Edit: just something else ive noticed with sssdh's. the ones that dont show pistols or buds forming until around 21 days into bloom seem to be the ones i prefer. the quicker to get budding sssdh's dont seem to be as good. just my thought.

Just read your thread and looks like you got some sweet flowers.. I'm hoping to give them a decent veg and top and train the hell of them to get a good yeild..

I've grown SSCDH and SSH/HK from Rez and both were some killer herb.. Just never grown SSSDH.. Really looking forward to these babies..

Haha lol! Yeahr, mine take bout a month in those size cups before the first transplant... A month give or take, usually a lil' longer though actually. Is that coco? Sometimes, once there big enough-you get more action the more you water/feed them. When they're in those cups, I usually give them some Clonex-seedling solution. Once they get going, enjoy the ride

They're finally starting to take off.. All lookin really good.. Prolly gonna veg for 4 more wks, take cuts, top and train for another 2 wks then flip.. Forgot I'll transplant to 5g smart pots a wk before I take cuts, so probably 3 wks..

Unfortunately I had to trash the SSSDH seedlings.. Security issues.. Good news I got a new spot ready to go.. I placed a order an mailed off the payment. Looking forward to getting started again.. So I ordered a pack of ECSD Haze fems, pack of Rainbow Jones.. I also got a pack of Labrador and Hey Dave fems.. I'll be making a thread to document the grow here.. I also got a pack each of Hell Raiser OG, Kirkwood OG, and Grimace OG that I'll be running at the same time so I'll be throwing up pics of those to but the main focus here will be CGS gear..
