I also scrub the air that comes off my air cooled lights but thats almost overkill,
You can push the air through your air cooled lighting system to prevent stinky air being sucked out.
Every crack you could think about caulked/plastered..
Weatherstripped doors.

You have stumped my band, I cannot play that tune. CGE?
put a scrubber on the inside and if you can put one on the outside. and timed ozium at the door helps. If your truly running a CGE.... then the only place for smell to escape is at the door way. Ozium is very effective at naturalizing and masking this kind of odor. Ozium is not effective inside the grow room though.
