cfl's for males?

Wondering what is the least amount of cfl watts i can get away with having for 2-3 blue streak males?in a 18"x18" area.. 2400k or 6500k cfl?. that can be bought at lowes or wal mart.plan on seperating into small spot to gather pollen to hit the girls with..here is a pic of the small male bout 9 in. tall, other one looks the same...thanks

Hi toker , have found that you can get away with very low light levels with males and still produce plenty of viable pollen.

I keep them in the floweroom under HPS untill the day before they drop , then move to a seperate box lit with two 23 watt CFL,s 6500K.

Five or six males fit into a 24 x 18 inch box a metre high , pollen drops over an extended time this way which is handy sometimes as i dont have much luck storeing it.

Male clones will flower just under the cfl,s from the start like this one and still give pollen but vastly better if built up under bloom lights first.

This clone has fully seeded five plants and will do more yet.
